Walt SchrepelSubtopics: Business Ethics, Public Speaking, Military Ethics, Military Law, Military Necessity, Writing Skills Campus: Online, Kansas City, Kan. Walt Schrepel served for more than 20 years of active service in the U.S. Army. Following his retirement, he became a professor Park's Online faculty teaching philosophy and the humanities. Schrepel formerly taught at West Point, West Texas College, KCKCC and Fort Hays State University. A native New Yorker, he currently resides, works and plays in eastern Kansas where he is an after-action review analyst for Northrop-Grumman Information Technology at Fort Leavenworth, Kan. Schrepel's higher education began at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point where he earned his bachelor's degree. He later received a second bachelor's degree from Saint Mary College. He has also earned two master's degrees in philosophy from the University of Pittsburg and in adult education from Kansas State University. Most recently, Schrepel has become an expert in the French-Algerian War and how it parallels the current conflict in Iraq. Email this article | Printer friendly page |
