Robert C. Whale is a member of the adjunct faculty at the Hill Air Force Base Campus Center in Utah. He teaches computer science and programming to undergraduate students.  

Whale has earned both a Master of Science degree in computer science and a master's degree in business administration.

Whale's speaking expertise is in the areas of computer programming and human health.  He is prepared to speak on the following:
