He was born and raised on the south side of San Antonio, Texas, and later he spent his higher-education student career at St. Philip's College, the University of Texas at San Antonio and St. Mary's University. Muņoz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Science, both with computer information systems specifications. Presently he is employed by the U.S. Air Force as a project manager for command communications and information requirements. Muņoz is prepared to present on privacy issues, intellectual property, proper security for your home PC, building your own PC, getting money for college, the importance of getting a degree, and IT career fields.
