Park University Announces Faculty Promotions

Park University announces the promotion of four faculty members.

Donna G. Bachmann has been promoted to the rank of full professor. She has chaired the Department of Art and Design since 1986 and also directs the Campanella Gallery.

Brian Cowley, Ph.D., BCBA, has been promoted to associate professor of developmental psychology. Cowley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is a member of the Association of Behavior Analysis. He has taught developmental psychology at Park University since 2003.

Ed Hight III, Ph.D., has been promoted to associate professor of education.

Since 1995, Hight has taught undergraduate and graduate courses both in face-to-face and Online. He became the program coordinator/director of Online learning for the School of Education in 2003. He also served from 2002-2003 as the academic director of Graduate Online Programs.

J. Mark Noe, Ph.D., has been promoted to full professor of communications arts. He is also the director of Master of Communication Arts in Communication and Leadership. Since 2003, Noe has served as the associate dean for the School of Arts and Humanities.
