Park University offers Kawai Pianos at Reduced PricesBy Summer A. Evans - September 29, 2005 - 9:07 amEmail this article | Printer friendly page | Media Inquiries Park announces a special sale of Kawai pianos at substantially reduced prices to alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends of the University. The sale will be Friday, Oct. 14 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, October 15 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the east dome of the Breckon Sports Center at the Park University Parkville, Mo. campus. The sale is by appointment only. The pianos have been loaned to the Park University Music Department through the Kawai College Loan Program and their agent Meyer Music. Properly maintained and in excellent condition, these fine instruments have been used by Van Cliburn Gold Medalist Stanislav Ioudenitch and other outstanding musicians at Park. In addition to the Park pianos, other selected new pianos by Kawai, pianos traded into the program and a selected number of used pianos will be available.
