International Center for Civic Engagement to Hold October Brownbag LuncheonBy Summer A. Evans - October 13, 2005 - 9:09 amEmail this article | Printer friendly page | Media Inquiries Park University alumni will speak at the Brownbag Luncheon series on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from noon to 1 p.m. in the Gibson Room of Thompson Commons at the Parkville Campus. Parkville Police Chief Bill Hudson, Platte City Police Chief Joe McHale and Riverside Director of Public Safety Greg Mills will address the topic "Park University Education and Its Relevance for Platte County Law Enforcement Leaders." Luncheon sponsors are Park University's International Center for Civic Engagement and the Peacock Society, the alumni chapter of the Hauptmann School of Public Affairs. The luncheon is free and open to the public.
